A

Adapter: Various adapters are available at the reception.

Alarm clock: Various adapters are available at the reception.

Allergies: Kindly contact our housekeeping or reception.
We will prepare your room with appropriate beddings.

Air condition: Most of our rooms are air conditioned.
The air condition is only for cooling down your room. To heat it up please use the radiator.

Airport: The Airport Nuremberg is about 15 km away. We will be pleased to call you a taxi.
We arranged a fixed price to the airport, please ask our reception for more details.

Arrival: Your room will be ready for occupancy at 3.00 p.m.
You can leave your luggage in our luggage compartment for free.


B

Baby cot: Baby cots are available free of charge. Please ask our reception desk.

Bank: Our reception will explain the shortest way to you.

Bar: Our bar TREFF is opened from 7.00 a.m. until 1.00 a.m.

Bathrobe: Our housekeeping will bring a bathrobe to your room. Please dial 109.

Beer garden: Our beer garden is open from May until September daily
from 12.00 noon to 10.00 p.m.

Blanket: Our housekeeping will bring another one to your room. Please dial 109.

Breakfast: Monday until Saturday from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.,
Sunday and bank holidays from 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. we are serving breakfast
in our Business Restaurant on the second floor.
For breakfast in your room please inform us the day before. An extra charge will be added to the bill.

Business Center: In our business centre two computers with internet connection
and a printer are at your disposal for free.

Car rental: Our reception would be pleased to rent a car for you (chargeable).

Charger: You can borrow a recharger at the reception for free.

Church service: Our reception team will give you the service times and directions to the churches.

City map: City maps in different languages are available at our reception desk.

Cleaning laundry: Please contact our reception or housekeeping for cleaning your laundry.
If you hand over your laundry until 9.00 a.m. to our reception, you will receive it back the same evening.
Dry cleaning is only available on working days. Laundry bags and a price list can be found in the closet.

Coffee/tea: You can prepare coffee or tea anytime for free. Please use the kettle in the cupboard.

Complaint: We kindly request you to contact our reception (109) immediately if you have any problems
or if there is something that does not meet your expectations.

Conferences & Banqueting: 15 meeting rooms offer space for up to 550 guests.
Our conference team will gladly show you our conference rooms.
Please contact our banquet manager by dialling 250.

Copy: You can purchase coloured or black-and-white copies at our reception.

Credit card: The following cards are accepted by the hotel:
American Express, Diners Club, EC-Card, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.

Currency exchange: Please contact our reception for currency exchange.
Processing fees will be charged.

Departure: We kindly ask you to leave your room until 12.00 noon. If you plan to check out later,
please ask at our reception the day before.

Dinner: See restaurant.

“Do not disturb”: If you do not want to get disturbed, please put the “do not disturb” sign
outside of your door. If you do not want to receive telephone calls, please inform our reception team.

Doctor: Please contact our reception if you need a doctor or dentist.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in our hotel (chargeable), but not allowed in the breakfast room.

Dry cleaning: See cleaning laundry.

Electricity: Only use equipment suitable for 230 Volt, otherwise damage or fire could result!

Emergency: In case of emergency, please contact our reception (dial 109).
You will find the emergency exit at the end of each floor or at the three main stairways.
Please follow the signs and go to the assembly area on the lawn opposite the main drive.
In case of fire, do not use any elevators.

Excursion: Nuremberg has much to offer you. In our lobby there is a brochure display stand
with city maps and proposals for tours in and around Nuremberg.
Please contact the reception for details and reservations.

Express Check-Out: Please settle your invoice the day before.
When leaving the hotel, please put your key card in the key card box next to the reception.

Fire extinguisher: You will find them on each floor vis-à-vis or next to the stairway entrance.

Fitness & sauna area: The fitness and sauna area is located in the basement and is open daily
from 5.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
A finish sauna (85°C/185°F), a bio sauna (60°C/140°F) and a steam bath are at your disposal.
Please ring the bell and our reception will open the door for you. The fitness area can be entered earlier,
please ask our reception. To use the locker, a 1 Euro coin is needed as a deposit.

Gift certificate: The perfect gift for your friends and relatives.
Every package is available as a gift certificate. Please ask our reception for further details.

Gifts: You will find some gifts in our lobby.

Hairdresser: Please contact our reception if you need a hairdresser.

Heating: There is an adjustable radiator in each room.
We gladly bring you an extra fan heater on request.

Hotel reservation: Please refer to our reception.
They will help you to make a reservation in one of our five ARVENA Hotels.

Housekeeping: Please call our reception (109).

 


I

Information: In our lobby there is a brochure display stand with city maps and proposals
for tours in and around Nuremberg. Our reception team will be pleased to help you.

Internet: Our free business centre in the lobby is at your disposal. Besides, free WiFi is available
at the entire hotel. To log in, please choose „arvenapark“ as username and accept our terms of use.
Data transfer is limited to 2.5 mbit. You will be disconnected automatically after not more than 24 hours,
but relogin is possible anytime.

Iron: We will gladly bring you an iron and ironing board to your room for free.

Ironing service: Please contact our reception if you want to get your clothes ironed
(chargeable).

Key: Your key can be deposited at the reception anytime.

Linen: We change your bedding and towels daily on your demand.

Lost property: If you lost or found something, please contact our reception.

Lunch: See restaurant.

Luggage service: If you need assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to contact our reception.

Luggage storage: You can leave your luggage in our luggage compartment for free.

Massagen: Different massages can be booked via our reception.

Minibar: In every room there is a minibar with beverages and snacks which is
refilled daily. You can find a price list next to the minibar. Please state your consumption when checking out.

Messages: Messages can either be collected at the reception or delivered to your room.


N

Newspaper: Newspapers and journals are available at the reception (chargeable).

Night porter: If you need assistance during the night, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.

Pharmacy: A pharmacy is located in the Langwasser Centre right behind the hotel.
For emergency medical service please contact our reception team.

Pillow: A bolster can be found in your closet. Besides, our housekeeping will gladly
bring another pillow to your room.
You can choose between several pillows made of spelt, latex or viscoelastic foam.
Please ask our reception.

Post: You can buy stamps and postcards at the reception or leave your mail there.
The mail is collected daily.

Radio: By the use of your TV set you can receive various radio stations.

Railroad connection: Our reception team would be pleased to provide information about the German rail.

Reception: Our reception is staffed 24 hours. You can reach them by dialling 109.

Lunch from 12.00 noon until 2.00 p.m.
Dinner from 6.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays and Saturday noon.

Restaurant Arvena Garden:
Lunch from 12.00 noon until 2.00 p.m.
Dinner from 6.00 p.m. until 11.00 p.m.

Room service: Room service for food and beverages is available from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Please dial 109. There is a menu in theinformation folder on your desk.
For breakfast in your room please inform us the day before. An extra charge will be added to the bill.

Safe: You will find a safe deposit box in your wardrobe, instructions are on the safe.
If you would like to lock your valuables into the main safe, please contact our reception.

Sanitary products: In case you forgot something at home, you can get some sanitary products
like toothbrushes or shavers at our reception.

Sauna: Please see fitness & sauna area.

Scans: We gladly scan your documents at the reception for free.

Sewing service: You will find a sewing kit in your wardrobe.
Our housekeeping could do sewing work for you (chargeable).

Shoe cleaning: You will find shoe cleaning machines in the main stairway at the first and second floor.

Shopping facilities: The shopping centre “Franken-Center” with more than 100 shops is within short walking distance.
Besides, our reception will gladly give you advice for more shopping facilities.

Shower aid: We gladly bring you an access aid for the bathtub. Please call 109.

Sky TV: The following Sky TV cannels are available for free: Sky Sport 1, Sky Sport 2,
Sky Bundesliga (German Soccer League) and Sky Sport News. The TV channel list can be found at your desk.

Slippers: Our housekeeping will bring some to your room. Please dial 109.

Smoking: Please do not smoke in non-smoking rooms, otherwise we have to charge an extra cleaning fee
and downtime expenses. Based on the room type there is either an ashtray or a non-smoking sign on your desk.

Table reservation: Our reception will book a table in one of our restaurants. Dial 109.

Taxi: The reception will organize a taxi for you.

Technical support: You can receive technical support upon request.

Telephone: Every room is equipped with a direct-dial telephone. Please dial “0” to get an outside line (chargeable).
For a room-to-room-call, just dial the room number. For reception please call “109”. Your telephone number is +49 (0)911 8922+room number.

Tobacco: A cigarette machine is located on the first floor (right next to the elevator)
or on the second floor (opposite to the elevator).

TV program: You can find a channel list and a TV program on your desk.

Umbrellas: You can borrow an umbrella for free at our reception desk.

Underground: The underground station “Gemeinschaftshaus” is located right behind the hotel.
You can buy tickets at the reception or at the ticket machine.

Wake up call: Please contact our reception (dial 109) for your personal wake-up call.
